About HRFC Minis Gladiators Tour 2025

Our tour

Each year we take Hitchin RFC Minis (U7-U12) players and parents on a long weekend somewhere in the UK on rugby tour.


There's a theme, costumes, silly rules, activities for the kids and a rugby tournament. Everyone heads home after the weekend, thoroughly tired but with smiles on their faces.


This year we are going to West Sussex.

Our theme

This year's theme is Gladiators!


Our tour shirts will be a gladiator design and the fancy dress theme for the evenings is leisure togas. Think white sheet and a belt. Pretty simple right. Feel free to add a laurel headdress, gold coloured accessories and sandals. We'll leave that to your imagination.

Where we're staying

Seal Bay Resort

Seal Bay Resort is a multi-award-winning holiday park in Selsey, West Sussex. Ideal for family beach holidays and self-catering breaks.


We will staying in shared luxury, gold and silver 3 bedroom caravans, each with an occupancy of 6 people. As is previous years the accommodation will be shared in age group combinations wherever possible. 


Each 3 bedroom caravan is configured with one double bedroom, and then two twin bedrooms.

Where we're PLAYING

Havant Rugby Football Club

Havant Rugby Football Club is a member of the Hampshire RFU. The men's 1st XV currently plays in the National League 2 East, a tier 4 league, following their promotion from Regional 1 South Central at the end of the 2023–24 season.
